C.Ramana Reddy
Principle Consultant /CEO

C.Ramana Reddy is a Science Graduate and has rich experience of more than three decades in Core HR Management and Organization development. He was associated with Indian and Multi National Companies across various industry segments - Textiles, Automobile, Electronics & Telecom, Heavy machinery & Capital goods, Engineering Design and Construction.

He was associated with Bren Corporation, Nitesh Group, Makino India, TATA Group, Crompton Greaves, Alpha Group, Binny Ltd., in Senior Management positions - VP & Head-HR.

During his tenure with the above organizations, he played a leading role working towards achieving excellence in the areas of HR Management, Organization development, Leadership development, Structuring organization, Formulating policies & procedures, Training & development, and HR Audits.

He Holds fellowship from world HR Board, PGCHRM( XLRI), PG Dip in T&D, MBA-HR and BL-Labour laws. He is associated with various professional bodies –N-HRD, NIPM, AIMA, ISTD and KBC.



B.S Phaniraj
Director Technical

Phaniraj is an Engineer having more than three decades of experience in Production & Plant Management, Manufacturing Process Development, Quality Management & Audit Compliance, Mechanical & Electrical Maintenance and Management of Technical teams at manufacturing units.

He was associated with Indian and Multi National Companies in FMCG segment and Auto Components manufacturing giants in Senior Management roles of Senior General Manager and Associate Vice President.

He played a leading role working towards achieving excellence in the areas of HSE, Process Technology, Quality & Reliability, and operations of all ancillary units at multi locations to meet the timely production targets of OEMs.

He played a challenging role in the organization for establishing new manufacturing units at various locations and setting up manufacturing process lines/norms and put them in production on time targets. Other than technical, he has thorough knowledge and experience in fulfilling statutory requirements for running industry. He got good skill in maintaining industrial peace and harmony with huge manpower >2000 at multiple units/locations with multi linguistic skills.


Rama Subba Reddy
Director HR

Rama Subba Reddy is a Post Graduate in Commerce with Law background having more than three decades of experience in Accounting & Finance Management, Personnel Management, General Administration, Industrial Relations, Factory Compliances, Workers Welfare & Statutory Compliances, Wage Negotiations/Settlements, Attendance, Wage & Salary disbursements, Public Relations/Liaison with Govt. bodies, Legal & Court Cases, Agreements & Settlements.

He was associated with Indian and MNCs in Pharmaceutical, Engineering, Construction, Infrastructure, and Auto Components manufacturing sectors in Senior Management roles of General Manager and Plant HR Head positions.

He played a vital role in management of multiple Unions of workmen, wage negotiations & settlements, worker grievances, welfare facilities, and working towards achieving excellence in the areas of HSE, Employee satisfaction, Customer Audits, TQM initiatives, Recruitment & Optimization of manpower for the operations of all manufacturing units at multi locations to meet the timely production targets of OEMs.

He played a challenging role in the green field projects for planning, budgeting and mobilizing manpower for mega infrastructure projects and new production units at multiple locations. He was actively involved and contributed towards setting up new manufacturing units at various locations and getting timely approvals/clearances, and licenses from Govt. Statutory bodies. He has thorough knowledge & experience in adhering to statutory obligations for running manufacturing units.

He has hands on experience in handling worker unions effectively and maintaining industrial peace & harmony. He has thorough knowledge in Labour Laws and Contract Labour Management. He handled huge number of manpower at multiple locations with his multi linguistic skills. During his tenure, he participated as a Team Lead in Quality Circles, Production Committees, HSE Committees and Welfare Committees at various organizations

He is a cohesive individual responsible for heading all Human Resources functional initiatives and objectives with the broader business plan and is a primary leader for driving successful change management within the organization drawing on all aspects of Human Resources Management to ensure balanced, strategic decision making in turn creating WIN-WIN situations.
