C.Ramana Reddy is a Science Graduate and has rich experience of more than three decades in Core HR Management and Organization development. He was associated with Indian and Multi National Companies across various industry segments – Textiles, Automobile, Electronics & Telecom, Heavy machinery & Capital goods, Engineering Design and Construction.

He was associated with Bren Corporation, Nitesh Group, Makino India, TATA Group, Crompton Greaves, Alpha Group, Binny Ltd., in Senior Management positions – VP & Head-HR.

During his tenure with the above organizations, he played a leading role working towards achieving excellence in the areas of HR Management, Organization development, Leadership development, Structuring organization, Formulating policies & procedures, Training & development, and HR Audits.

He Holds fellowship from world HR Board, PGCHRM( XLRI), PG Dip in T&D, MBA-HR and BL-Labour laws. He is associated with various professional bodies –N-HRD, NIPM, AIMA, ISTD and KBC.
